I'm not very good at being a passenger, either...lol. One of my best friends has a 60' racing sailboat. They've been living in Newport while keeping their house here and deciding what they're going to do..his business is in sails and the drive back and forth is bad. So...she keeps asking us to go out with them and I keep telling her that I think we'd be in the way...lol. I envy them the sailing skills however. They're busy during the summer taking the Sea Scouts out and Bob does a lot of races...Ensenada run and the Transpac. We really should make ourselves go...I suppose I'd have to go buy deck shoes......lol. I'm not good about doing something I haven't done before and feeling foolish and 'in the way'...lol. There are many things I wish I'd learned to do while I was young.....
