I was never a fan of coral and lavender combined, mainly because the '50's house we lived in had coral and lavender tile in one of the bathrooms and I thought it was hideous. Time was of the essence when I planted those roses and they live a short distance from the nursery where I got them. Link to nursery and the Lavender Veranda rose below.

This nursery has a very good website and an extremely helpful descriptive guide for all their roses which rates them for disease resistance, sun/shade tolerance, fragrance, coastal/heat tolerance, etc. etc.
It's geared of course for this area of the state (like I said, they do not ship) but their info. is the most trusted source I've found.
