Funny how the little things made us happy.
I still have a piece of metal bent in half that a friend gave me when we were kids. You put it in your mouth and whistle with it. I'll have to get a picture. His Dad made them. It was better than a Jew's Harp.
I had a neat purse with my initial on it. I left it at Sunday School and the handicapped lady who cleaned took it. I have to assume. No one else was there and it wasn't in the room the next week. I was soooo sad, but I forgive her. She didn't know any better.
I had blue ink on my kitchen floor a few years back. Really? I never did figure it out. Long gone are the days meat was wrapped and stamped in blue ink.
