Seen yesterday near AL/FL border, owning a southern Magnolia (M. grandiflora) tree, with countless runners/seedlings/both surrounding it. So irritated I forgot to check which way it was twining. Bronze colored new foliage. Blooms smelled like grape, NOT cat pee. :+) Are there enough features visible in the pics to determine which species? TIA!
