Several cold weather vegies grow from the 20's up here if their winter sown and came up that way .
Here is a wintersown bok choi ,,

about 26 degrees at sprout

A tatsoi mustard another not looking as good ,, chewers already

In the Butterfly garden if a plant is not chewed up I feel like a failure
