What you should consider is if you just watered your plants? Many tender cacti and succulents in pots will be fine at those temperatures if dry, wet could be a different story for some of them. Aloe vera took ~22F for a few hours here in Mesa a few years ago with some minor leaf tip damage - but it is a well established plant in the ground.
