I have long loved this cultivar, produced by the grand tooth maker himself, John Rice. Seeing it in a clump is breathtaking! I have had it planted along the sidewalk for many years, and it stops folks in their tracks! Was a great song and album cover by the Jefferson Airplane, too...but that might be showing my age....lol.
