Hi Imqueenl, Welcome to All Things Plants!

Is your plant perhaps Flowering Maple (Abutilon 'Tiger Eye') ? I'm not real familiar with Abutilon because they don't grow here in Florida as far as I know but they sure are beautiful plants! I don't know much about the conditions they need to stay happy and healthy but your plant looks a bit dry to my eyes and it could very well need a larger container. Hopefully someone who grows those lovely plants will be along shortly to offer advice.
