Oh Cindy just say it... its on its last leg!!! lol ...honestly I was surprised to see it flowering, I really thought it was dead! Lol Had even started pricing out new ones! Iv only lived here 3 yrs but most of these shrubs were planted 45 yrs ago when the house was built.. so I doubt theres any way to get to all the roots.

Coffee grounds, cypress needles, and rabbit fert sound like a good plan? I cant say its an acid issue the hydrangea next to it usually blooms blue.
