If you examine the photo closely, you might ask why one would post such an image ... the plant is definitely not 100%. Note the occasional brown leaves. The reason for posting is that the plant is in amazing condition ... for Christmas Day in New Jersey!!!
While some of my Frosty Knight plants were gone ... and we did have a relatively mild December, this specimen in a somewhat sheltered spot -- outperformed even my Chrysanthemums which were long finished by December 25th.
Proven Winners claims the plant blooms all Summer and Fall till hard frost. Some of mine lasted through many a frost to provide even Winter interest in my New Jersey zone 7a garden this past year. This plant is very highly recommended.
