Just about anything that grows Hilarious!

Ok, narrowing it down... Next to Iris, I have about 70 roses.
I love trees, shrubs, vines... I grow a few different Wisterias, have 7 or 8 Magnolias (and a few Michaelias, now classed as Magnolias), several very cool weeping cypress. I have collections of Pittosporum & Mahonia. I think I counted about 80 trees that I've planted here... mostly deciduous, although there are some conifers too. A few bamboos...
I have a mixed fruit orchard... mostly Apples and Pears, but also Pluots, Nectarines, a Peach, Loquat, Prune, Walnut, Figs, Persimmon, Kiwis, Mandarin, Navel Orange, Meyer Lemon...
Filling in between the shrubs are lots of different perennials, grasses, succulents..
I like variegated things, weird forms of common plants.. contorted, weeping, fastigiate..
There are a lot of plants that I'd love to grow that don't do well here. I had several Japanese Maples at my last house, but the Verticillium is really bad in the soil here, so I just have a couple.. Well three, but the third one is struggling... I long for Dogwoods, Viburnums and Rhododendrons, but the soil and water situation dictate otherwise..

You asked Hilarious!
