Hi Alisa, I agree with Carol and Tarev, When the weather warms up a bit I would put them outside in morning sun. I would think summers in Oregon would be good for the Epis. According to Google, Gresham weather does not look too extreme. East facing shaded area would get morning sun and avoid those cold rainy days. I water mine in the greenhouse once a week but we do get high humidity which helps.
