Scott (and anyone else that wants to chime in) I have a couple Cordylines that need ID's, if possible. I don't remember ever buying a pair of the red and the green Ti logs I have seen offered, but it's possible that was the original source as one variety is green, and the other "red".
This first variety is strongly reminiscent of your 'Hawaiian Rose', but the trim on mine is red, not pink and the new leaves are not near as bright. However, the overall color composition, the large, wide leaves, and the obvious spiral growth habit are very similar.
Here are photos of two plants, the first is smaller and not yet showing it's potential but better shows the spiral habit, the second is a much larger plant:
I have had this plant for so many years I have no idea where it came from, and always just considered it a generic foliage plant and treated it as such, never giving it a prime location until just a couple years ago. Now that the plant has a chance to really develop, I am rather impressed at what it has become.
Here are more photos, all taken from the second plant above:
Thoughts? Any help is appreciated.
