Best wishes for the surgery Jan, and realistically, I have to agree with Polymerous. Just having anesthetic injected into my body causes a shut down that gets worse as I age. And strength, I still do exercises for my shoulder that I broke 9 months ago to be able to use it like I used to. That's discouraging, but I did the exercises and I still see improvement over several months ago. My hubby and my anti-flower daughter planted my first batch of trades while I humped around in my brace and sling with my instructions and 'good job'. Then my grandson and hubby planted the second set, again with my instructions--they could not determine the heel of the rhizome from the toe, but they got them all planted, and I cried at not being able to do it. They are growing just as if I had lovingly placed them in the mother earth. so have a PARTY!!
