'Allan P. McConnell' is one of the first hostas I acquired sometime in the '90s. It's small, fast-growing and easy to divide; so it makes a great border. It's an excellent small white-margined hosta. Dark green oval leaf with an irregular fine white/cream detailing to the leaf edge. Leaves are long and narrow. I have one single plant and I have a large border along my driveway. That border was grown in full sun in 2015 after we lost a large ash tree. Please feel free to share your pictures of this hosta.
