Hmm, maybe try cutting it back? I've read it does really well if you give it a good trim since it flowers on new growth. I was going to say maybe it needed more cold but it sounds like its got enough of that. Or maybe a bit of shade might help? I remember hearing they like some light shade too...mines blooming indoors this far north os maybe it has too much sun?
