I am surprised you have seen 'Pandemonium' for sale anywhere. It was bred by Sam McGredy and introduced in 1988. At the time it was a novelty rose. I cannot tell you if it was consider to be a healthy plant and had widespread distribution.

You might find it at Rogue Valley Roses.

My local Stop & Shop had them, they are rare to find but floating around.
