Like wise, welcome to the site. These ppl have been nothing but gardening angels to me. regarding how you do it, my mother's simply broke some pieces off hers and said it in normal ugly planting media it almost looks like wood chips to be honest just very very fine and slim pieces comma but getting to the point she has it under a fluorescent light bulb, a single T5 bulb. And she even left a flower on one of them, and 2 the best of my knowledge they should not have grown. But, Mother Nature likes to Surprise Us. All the trees are growing in the one that flowered is growing another flower as well I just don't get it
