lol...yes, it's so much easier here. This is great salvia country. When I'm on various salvia or hummingbird forums, I'm amazed at what everyone in winter-cold zones go through to grow their salvias. I couldn't be so dedicated. When I first started growing a lot of these I worried about the hardiness of some and I don't even really get frost here. Then I'd find that many people are managing to grow them in really cold winters..hardier than I thought. I'm still collecting salvias that I don't have....kind of a 'sickness'..lol...
