They are the Everlast zink markers with Brother indoor/outdoor laminated labels for the Brother label makers. My label maker is a Brother P Touch from Staples, not expensive.
I have some of these out there that have lasted for 5 years with no fading or lifting. I have also had very little problem with rust on the stakes and I think the ones that rusted were from somewhere else.

Thanks for that, those look really nice. I'll have to check them out along with the label maker.
