This is one of my favorites, performs very well in California, although not doubling. Usually starts early June, sometimes reblooms.
John Rice himself gifted me one fan, when we visited his greenhouse. The poor plant was housed in a pot for ten years, it finally got planted in the ground , so I am expecting even better performance this year.
