Im in the middle of a large corporation merger. Its been 5 years of fighting and bickering of, "Our way is better than your way" and which traditions to keep. And yes, there is some comment about, "that way is too archaic" . It has been anything but a smooth transition with loss if redundant jobs, moveing to other cities, paycuts and irritating IT issues to boot. The 5 year long changes, nunerous revisions, and updates every "Monday, Wednesday and Friday" are overwhelming! Will there be changes for former ATP members? If course! Will there be changes for NGA nembers, most definitely! Trust me when I say, that the merger of ATP and NGA has gone smoothly and seemlessly with no interruption says tons about Dave and Trish's ability. Kudos to a job well done!
Looking forward to "meeting" new friends from "the other side".
