Cool tatsoi seedling! From seed to cotyledons directly to bolting! I guess that IS an efficient way to multiply seeds.
Or did you get 1-2 pair of true leaves before the flower stalk emerged?
Funny, tatsoi is very cold-tolerant. Maybe that only means that cold doesn't KILL it, just makes it bolt. But I did not think that either!
Is there a chance that those tatsoi seedlings saw some hot days before they bolted?
Or some particular stress like dryness?
