I think the little tussocks are sedges. The conifer is a redwood tree. They are not native to the area, so someone must have lived around here at one time.

There were a lot of Humboldt lily plants. They will bloom in May/June if it doesn't get too dry. The flower is like a tiger lily.

Dudleyas/liveforevers usually grow on bare rocks, not in the grass - at least around here. This is a chalk dudleya.
