The orange was the pollinator and the white one was the recipient. I did remove the anthers from the white one, the recipient. I guess I should have also pollinated the orange one with the white one at the same time, so I could see the difference in the offspring both ways. And I only grew Amaryllis from seed one time. Seems to me they took a while to sprout -- does anyone know how long? I put them in soil, not floating in water.
