I think I got 2 fans last year from someone in the north and it looks good, but I have not seen it bloom yet and I don't think it increased over the winter. I will recommend another plant called Boundless Beauty which I got last summer as a single fan and it is already 5 fans. I have not seen it bloom yet, but the pictures of it are very similar to Victorian Lace.
