If I were doing it, I'd plant them. Generally I'll soak new arrivals overnight in water and then plant them. Daylilies are water hogs, frankly. They don't mind being wet as far as I can tell. Personally, I think they'll be really happy if they are planted and then get rained on Big Grin .
