I think maybe pineapples. I sprinkled ripe apple pieces among the leaves of my plants and they started inflorescing almost right away.

Incidentally, ripe banana peels are placed among orchid plants for the potassium. So I guess when orchids are in bloom they shouldn't get the banana peels because the ethylene gas emitted by them will affect the blooms?
