Fruits start forming soon after the flowers. Some vines bloom on new canes, some on 2nd year canes. When you notice the flowers, start checking every few days. That said, these wild vines (an assumption, it could be a more desirable cultivar of some type) don't really produce enough fruit to dedicate space if ones' property is small/urban. And they spread underground & pop up anywhere/everywhere they want. Couldn't agree more about the berries being yummy though! Never picked a wild one that wasn't. For any uncultivated berries, just confirm they're an edible type once ripe if you're at all not sure.
