Welcome Robert to this group of avid, or is it rabid, fans of iris of all types; it can be addictive.
Frills tend to date an iris in the "modern" times so within the last 30-35 years or so; that limits you to 1000's to look at. All good advice given already so that number will shrink fast, especially the side-by-side comparison once the possibilities are narrowed down. It is easier to tell what an iris is NOT compared to what it IS. Good luck with finding their names and keep us posted.
