Thanks Greg. The answer is a 'commercial' one. There are people out there would do a wholesale dump of the information here, provided over the years by so many people for our mutual education and enjoyment, to set up their own site to charge for. I understand this and actually had that lurking in the back of my mind as a reason they would not allow it. It makes sense and I don't blame them.
