Oh Annette. Your gardens are beyond gorgeous. Mine look like a desert compared with yours. I always say this at this time of year as I see all the lovely blooms and yards down south.

I got two tiny peony roots last year, species, and I just dug them up as they were about the size of a 2 cup measuring cup. One was totally rotten and the other didn't look good but had a bit of growth. I put it in a pot and into my garage. I am hoping to save it. Have never ordered from them before but they had the type of plant I wanted. And obvata was one.
From -60 Alaska to +100 Virginia. Wahoo
