Hello everyone! I've had this succulent for over a year and until a month or two ago it seemed to be doing great. Lots of growth and new leaves. Seemingly overnight, the tips of the leaves turned brown and shriveled, and there are brown spots starting to appear on the healthy upper leaves now. I decreased watering as I feared I had watered too much and it got root rot or a fungus. The brown parts don't seem to be increasing. It has been like this for a few weeks now.

Any ideas? What should I do? Should I cut the top part off and try to re-grow? Any advice it much appreciated! Thanks!
