Welcome! @Nessy.

Any time you transplant a plant growing in soil (as opposed to transplanting one growing in a pot), you are going to cut roots and perhaps dehydrate that plant and its roots. Thus, most dug-up plants will show signs of this stress by drooping. You want to make sure your potting soil is well draining because you want to keep that soil slightly moist at all times for the first few weeks. Also be sure that the pot you have it in has nice, large drainage holes. Though you want to keep the potting soil moist, you don't want it soggy. Keep the plant in moderately bright light but shaded from direct sun.

Good luck.

Nessy, please take a moment to go to your profile and update it with your location. You can show your city/state or just your USDA zone. Knowing your location helps when plant-questions arise.
