Just on the remote chance that i might have one kind of Salvia seed that you experts lack, here's my complete list below. Some are "out" but I would split or trade almost any I have.
This was my first year SUCCESSFULLY starting from Seed, and even this year, almost half the varieties I attempted didn't sprout or pooped out before I got them into 3" pots or the gorund. (Now, I soak Salvia seed overnight before sowing in a plug tray - usually with a little hydrogen peroxide. They swell up like frogs' eggs and sprout faster. And I overwater them less.)
Even late as Spring and I were, one variety from Hazzards flowered almost as soon as it got full sunlight:
