I need arch supports, too. I swear by Allegria clogs. They are made for healthcare workers, waitstaff, etc. I can last all day in them with never and foot issues. I wear them everywhere.
Pricey at full price, $129. But ive never paid that. On sale if you dont care about the pattern for $69. Ebay if you're lucky, about $45. I but one pr/yr. Im on my 3rd pr.
