I need arch supports, too. I swear by Allegria clogs. They are made for healthcare workers, waitstaff, etc. I can last all day in them with never and foot issues. I wear them everywhere.

Pricey at full price, $129. But ive never paid that. On sale if you dont care about the pattern for $69. Ebay if you're lucky, about $45. I but one pr/yr. Im on my 3rd pr. All leather, rubber soles tough enough to use a shovel, removeable/replaceable suede insole with arch support. www.allegia.com. Here are my newest 6wk old shoes already looking not so new.
