I had some tulip bulbs that were just about to open and a squirrel got to them and munched them up. I was really mad! Then he did it to a few others, so I bought some Repels-All and sprayed it on the remainin buds and pretty much everything else because I was paranoid. This stuff is nontoxic, just makes the plants taste bad. Boy howdy does it stink when going on! Garlicky and smoky and something else in there. Yuck. The smell dissipated after a day and the squirrels have not bothered the other tulip buds. Yay! I will be spraying it on the rose buds before they open because a squirrel got some of them last year.
