Yes the flowers are the mouse like things. They're related to other arisaemas like 'jack in the pulpit' and have a similar structure but on a much smaller scale. They really are easy to grow and will form quite large colonies in a woodland type situation. The flowers last for a couple of weeks then are mostly hidden by the emerging foliage.
