I was one of the first 300 contributors to the plant database! Plant Identifier
I dug up like 2 peonies and he went on and on about how expensive they are to buy and how he could not let me take those.

I just looked up on the real estate listing, and I stand VERY corrected.
The land is listed at TWO million $ !

I understand that just because a person has money does not give other people the right to steal or take advantage of them. But that is not what happened here, by any means... what a stingy hateful old man. Oh, he did mention he was divorced, wonder why?! Whistling

what was funny about the whole thing, we were talking about vacant houses and that led to termites. I told him my house had termites really bad and the bathroom was going to have to be torn out and rebuilt because the exterior walls actually move, there is no strength left in the wood. So I said If I ever win the lottery I don't buy tickets for, I'm gonna rebuild my bathroom. He said' if you ever win the lottery, just build a whole new house!'

Coming from someone who is living in a house that clearly is far worse than mine, and is dripping with money Confused (that is the part where I concluded that he has split personality Hilarious! )
