We recently planted 4 Texas Privet bushes to replace 4 that had died. Two of the four are doing ok. The other two have brown and yellow spots on the leaves. We have had enough rain recently, and we have watered them in-between the rain. We also have cats in the neighborhood that use this area as their toilet. What could be the problem? Thank-you
