My insurance requires that I do 3 1/2 hours of therapy a day. Part of the time is spent on upper body exercise for aerobics. About 2 hours regaining use and building strength in the rebuilt hip. Every day or two someone goes home and there are new faces of others just starting their therapy. Thanks for your kind comments.
