Patience will be your friend John, sometimes they do take their sweet time. I find if my temps are going consistent mid 70's to mid 80's I have better leafing but I position my plant in part sun/shade. Unfortunately we got back to mid 50's so they are sitting pretty, except for the Celadine, which is enjoying the conditions and is leafing.
