Cinda, have you checked to see if there's a rusty pubescence on the leaf petioles, and underneath the leaves?

From what I can see, and as I mentioned, there does look to be some fuzz on the leaf petioles (the stem which attaches the leaf to the branch).

I posted the key, the first part isn't showing now, but if you find pubescence then it's Viburnum rufidulum. If there isn't any, it will be Viburnum prunifolium.

Another difference I noticed is the stamens on the flowers, they don't look to be as dense or as long as in Viburnum prunifolium. Look at those on the site I posted.

The key is the important thing to follow though, not how it looks.
