John, though your weather is warmer sooner than mine, knowing that you have some of the plumeria leafing out and even growing inflo., tells me that the single plant not doing so is just being stubborn, for lack of a better word. Give it time. I am sure nothing is wrong.

The reason I asked about orchids is that anyone who grows many of them learns the fine art of patience. Also, I find Phal. more difficult to grow than the vast majority of what I grow. If you can grow Phal. successfully (and you have shown that you can), more warm-tolerant orchids (think Cattleya Alliance) will be easier to grow in Thibodaux.
