WILL SOMEONE TELL BE THE BEST LIGHT BULBS TO USE. I HAVE REGULAR SIZE BULBS INSIDE REFLECTORS.
ALL ARE SPIRALS EXCEPT FOR A COUPLE RED AND BLUE GROW LIGHTS.
