Karen if you have any of the forget-me-not seed left you could try scattering them outside now. I haven't tried to grow them in containers or anything. Just throw the seed where I want it. The seeds sprout in early summer and survive our winters. That may be why they didn't sprout for you. If you kept the container keep checking it because if it has warmed up for you they might sprout now. I should be able to send you fresh seed pretty soon if you want some!
Glad you got some other things to grow! My wintersowing did pretty well this year but keeping the seedlings alive has been tough. I'm surprised the alyssum didn't sprout. It's another one I just toss the seed where I want in the summer.
Maybe my times for planting are all off because you live in such a different climate. We still have mostly temps in the 50s & 60s. I just put my tomatoes outside to harden off this weekend. I can't believe you already have peppers! I'm just harvesting winter lettuce and spinach!
