OK, HappyG, I have you down for:
Choc mint
lemon balm
tarragon
red monarda
perennial foxg
milkweed

The milkweed blooms in a dusky pink, and smells so good! The monarchs prefer laying eggs on it over the other milkweed I grow.

I've been watching for my milkweed to emerge, since last year a few plants grew suckers out into the lawn and I brought them as transplants. Nothing in that bed is showing, but a rogue plant elsewhere in the yard is 6" high now. It's looking like all those milkweed plants (5-6) died??? I did not consider last winter to be harsh, but I have had some other plant deaths that I didn't expect.

What do you-all think? Was last winter a hard one for the garden?

Corrie, I am feeling more sure of remembering you now that you mention all the tomatoes! I had thought you were someone I spoke with a good amount and now you've confirmed it! If you have any seeds for Persimmon, I would love a couple--unless I find a stash of seeds (which is possible) I used all my seeds trying to get a sprout this year, and no sprouts yet. The same think with Black Cherry. Thanks for offering!
