We have over the years had to replace dishwashers, both ours and the in-laws, so I have a variety of different types of utensil baskets. One was screwed to the under-sink kitchen cabinet at MIL's to hold sponges, scrubbies, steel wool, and sink stoppers.
One holds glue, epoxy tubes and stuff like that in DH's work room and we use one as (wait for it) a utensil holder for cook-outs and picnics.
