I have large banana trees that are taking over a section of my yard. I tried spraying roundup and it didn't seem to affect them at all. I sliced off the tops and poured salt in the wound and it didn't affect them either. Has anyone tried slicing them and pouring roundup/Glyphosate 4 Plus Herbicide in the wound to kill them. Once I get rid of them, I plan to have some in pots only. Ben in Atlanta.
