I had one fan of this in spring 2014, bloomed in 2014 and 2015 but just few bloom per year. Now it has the second fan but still no scapes. I had to move it the past spring because I needed to rearrange the garden. In general the DLs in native soil don't increase fast and so did this.
I loved the blooms so I hope it will bloom again. I am in North Italy, winters have been very mild and it stayed green, but the native soil is a bit problematic. I don't have rust so I can't speak for that.
